This practice not only motivates us to give your service 110% effort every time, but it also gives you peace of mind that comes with guaranteed service.

I.T Support Darwin takes all care and consideration in handling your devices during repair. We cannot accept responsibility for loss of data during any repairs being performed. It is very highly recommended that you take regular backups of your data prior to repair and backups in general. This minimises the risk or data loss in the event of a No fix result.

If we provide a course of action & you choose not to upgrade or replace your software or hardware, you accept that we have met our obligation to you by providing you a solution to your problem and you will still be charged for work completed

The I.T Support Darwin “No Fix No Fee” Guarantee only covers service provided and does not cover parts and or replacement goods.

The I.T Support Darwin “No Fix No Fee” Guarantee Does Not Cover water damage, accidental physical damage, other environmental damage, manufacturing defects or problems that rectified themselves during transit to your location, you will still be charged for work completed in these situations.
